“Stop dreaming and start doing… if you don’t, someone else will. Let go of all the fears and “what ifs.” Stop waiting for “the right time”—there never will be,” advises Samantha DeBianchi.

“I always knew from a very young age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur,” Samantha mused.  By early age, think elementary school…  “I was running businesses since the first grade; selling sticker books, Girl Scout cookies, making lemonade at a lemonade stand and car-washes.”

Sam started in the night club business at age 20, where she learned “…to think fast and analyze just about everything from your staff to your client’s spending habits. Creativity is the key.”  She attributed her future success to the communication and negotiating skills she learned in her night club work.

In 2009, she began her career in real estate, a time when realtors by the thousands were leaving the profession and real estate companies were closing their doors.  The “gloom and doom” predictions espoused by the “…experts” didn’t phase Samantha, as DeBianchi Real Estate, founded in 2011, is booming!  She interacts with her five associates daily and holds weekly meetings; helping them to define and reach their goals, coaching them and monitoring their progress.

At only 28 years old, this savvy and accomplished young professional has already closed multi-million dollar deals, and is an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University, teaching a Nightclub Management course that she specifically developed for the university.

While most teens have challenges, Sam had a whopper of one!  When she was 14 years old, she was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease, a rare hormonal disorder, resulting in a brain tumor, Type 2 Diabetes, pre-osteoporosis and stunted growth, compounded by traumatic bullying due to physical changes in her appearance.  Thanks to doctors at National Institute of Health, she recovered; although the disease led to arthritis.

A great believer in the old sales maxim, that “… nothing happens until somebody sells something,” Samantha knows the importance of selling, explaining that “… selling encompasses marketing, public relations and promotion.  You can have a great product or service but if nobody knows about it, it really doesn’t matter what you have,” she enthused.

A portion of the commission of every very deal that DeBianchi Real Estate closes is donated to the charity of her client’s choice.  Sam is immersed in charitable causes and fundraising projects, including Cystic Fibrosis, HANDY and Make-A-Wish.   She was a recent “Woman of the Year” nominee, raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Sam finds time for tennis, golf, yoga, rock-climbing and cooking. She’s planning an African Safari including a Great White Shark cage dive!
