3 Cocktails for 2025

Embrace the winter months with these concoctions

Luscious libations are not just for New Year’s Eve. These soul-warming cocktails are still perfect for savoring in the early winter months of 2025.

1.Twilight Ember

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. UNA Vodka

3 oz. fresh apple cider

½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. cinnamon syrup

Shake vodka, apple cider, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with elegantly arranged thin apple slices.

2. Sweata Weatha

INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Principe De Los Apostles Gin (or your preferred gin)
1/2 oz. Fino Sherry
3/4 oz. apple cinnamon syrup (recipe below)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 drops Allspice Dram

Shake with Ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

3. Apple Cinnamon Syrup

INGREDIENTS

1 cup juice of freshly juiced apples (

1 cup raw Louisiana cane sugar 

2 cinnamon sticks

Simmer lightly on low heat for 20 minutes. Chill before adding to cocktail.
