Mike Linder is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry and pioneer of unique dining concepts in extraordinary locations, including YOT Bar & Kitchen at Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center, Jet Runway Cafe at Fort Lauderdale’s Executive Airport, and Silver Lining Inflight Catering. From his experience, Linder established SFL Hospitality Group under three main principles: Service, Food and Location (SFL). In addition to YOT and Jet Runway Cafe, Linder and SFL Group are at the helm of Fort Lauderdale’s iconic Canyon, which houses a hidden bar, Rio’s Tequila Bar – Fort Lauderdale’s first and only tequila-dedicated bar. Expanding his culinary footprint, Linder has introduced two new concepts to his portfolio: South Bar & Kitchen, a Southern American concept with a contemporary twist in Downtown Pompano Beach and Val+tino, an elevated Italian dining destination with a rotating 5-course tasting menu. Linder has set the standard for aviation concierge service; Mike ensures that every client receives a true first-class experience.
