Paul-Antoine Fabre was born in France, where he learned about hospitality. He wanted to travel and opened restaurants in China, Peru, and Europe for a celebrity chef. After those wonderful experiences, Fabre decided to move to the U.S.10 years ago and worked for Zuma Group. Four years ago, Fabre moved to Fort Lauderdale and finally realized his dream of opening a restaurant in front of Fort Lauderdale Beach. His partners gave him the chance to build his concept and a partnership with chef Taek Lee founded Takato at the beginning of the pandemic. More than three years later, the duo is extremely proud of what they did and ready to work on a future project together.
