Regina Watkins was born and educated in Philadelphia, PA. Samantha McKenna was born in the Bahamas and educated in London. The two met in 2005 and co-founded Chelsea Design in 2006. Each brings their high of expertise to form what is now a very successful design firm. The dynamic duo seamlessly runs each project together. No two projects are alike, and the pair work tirelessly to ensure they give full attention to each detail of each project. Watkins focuses on client relations and has a great appreciation for the client’s budgets and their needs. Chelsea Design has become a very successful firm through her direction and attention to day-to-day business. McKenna leads all design projects and is central to client relationships. Whether it’s a residential or a commercial project, McKenna takes the time to understand the needs and preferences of her clients and works tirelessly to bring to life their vision.
