Fifth Annual Savor SoFlo Returns to Hollywood Beach in March

Tickets are on sale now.

SAVOR SoFLO, presented by Publix and the City of Hollywood, is set to return to the sands of Hollywood Beach on March 29 and 30 with a festival that promises to be its most exciting yet. This year, SAVOR SoFLO celebrates its fifth anniversary alongside two monumental milestones: the 100th anniversary of the City of Hollywood and the 10th anniversary of Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, the festival’s host hotel.

Recognized as one of South Florida’s premier culinary festivals, SAVOR SoFLO showcases a vibrant mix of gourmet cuisine, fine wines, craft beers, and spirits. Guests can indulge in an immersive taste of South Florida’s culinary excellence under two grand tents spanning over 25,000 square feet of beachfront space on the iconic Hollywood Broadwalk, with the Atlantic Ocean providing a picturesque backdrop.

“SAVOR SoFLO has become a beloved tradition, and we’re thrilled to celebrate our fifth year alongside the City of Hollywood’s 100th anniversary and Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort’s 10th anniversary – two historic milestones,” says Tammy Gail, founder and producer of SAVOR SoFLO. “Both the City of Hollywood and Margaritaville have been incredible partners throughout the years, helping us bring this festival to life and showcasing South Florida’s vibrant culinary scene, while offering unforgettable experiences on the beautiful Hollywood Beach. This year is truly a celebration of community and collaboration.”

In line with the City of Hollywood’s sustainability efforts, SAVOR SoFLO and all participating vendors will utilize compostable or biodegradable materials throughout the event to minimize environmental impact and help keep Hollywood Beach clean.

2025 Festival highlights include:

  • Interactive cooking demonstrations on the San Pellegrino Cooking Stage featuring local and national chef talent
  • Dance After Party at Margaritaville Bandshell: From 4pm to 6pm, guests are invited to join the “after party” celebration with a dj and dancing at Margaritaville’s iconic bandshell to celebrate the trio of anniversaries
  • Daily SAVOR Cooking Stage appearances by various chef personalities including Food Network winner of Beat Bobby Flay; Chef Rosana Rivera and Chef Ricardo Castro (The Chef & The Baker), plus Chef tastings at the Royal Rice pavilion
  • Publix Liquors VIP Spirits Lounge complete with Publix tropical tiki bar serving freshly made Bacardi Classic Piña Colada cocktails

Both ticket types include unlimited tastings, live entertainment, and more from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. VIP ticket holders will enjoy early entry at 12 PM and exclusive access to the Publix Liquors VIP Spirits Lounge, featuring premium spirits tastings.
