The World’s First Yacht-Branded Residence is Here in Fort Lauderdale

Riva, says Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi, represents "a world of beauty and style that has inspired design, fashion and lifestyle choices."

Real estate powerhouses WellDuo, Vertical Developments and GCF Development have united with iconic  Italian yacht maker Riva to introduce Riva Residenze – a precise 20-story waterfront development in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Featuring just 36 distinctive residences, the project is meticulously crafted as a superyacht experience on land, complemented by a private marina and breathtaking views. With architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors curated by seasoned superyacht designer Giuseppina Arena, Riva Residenze promises a serene, nautical lifestyle. Beyond its unique style, the development offers an array of amenities, including a pool deck with sauna, steam room, and private spa suite for residents’ indulgence and relaxation. The two- to six-bedroom residences, along with a pair of 8,000-square-foot penthouses, will share elements from Riva yachts, such as polished mahogany and chrome finishes. The lead designer for Riva, Giuseppina Arena, was head of yacht design at the Ferretti Group for nearly ten years. Riva joins luxury brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Armani, Karl Lagerfeld and Fendi who have stamped their brand names on luxury residences from Miami to Dubai. Porsche, Aston Martin and Pininfarina are also joining in, creating their own apartment developments.
