Already renowned as one of the hippest neighborhood bars in Miami Beach, Sweet Liberty continues to prove that its pledge to “pursue happiness” is more than just a marketing ploy. Witness the debut of Sweet Beach (pictured left), its pandemic-inspired oceanfront pop-up at the Shelborne South Beach (1801 Collins Ave.). Only a few blocks from its award-winning mother ship, this incarnation gives patrons an outdoor safe haven, games like corn hole and giant Jenga blocks, DJ music, Sunday barbecue “throwdowns,” and a host of new cocktail creations, like the South Beach Spritz (pictured above; with Grey Goose vodka, Martini Fiero, Martini Blanco, passion fruit and sparkling rose). We couldn’t be happier.
