In light of the current world that we are living in, and the movement towards a post pandemic COVID-19 lifestyle, there’s never been a better time to focus on the value of our health, fitness, and of equal importance, your happiness.

Now that our busy schedules have slowed, our offices are in part or in full are in our homes, the silver lining has presented itself… An opportunity, perhaps for the first time, to take care of the most important person in the world… YOU!!!

Feeding your body foods rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals like raw fruits and veggies, healthy fats like avocados and nuts and grains like ezekiel based products and healthy clean lean meats will not only keep you lean but will facilitate a healthier body and reduce your appetite completely!

Finding a daily in-home fitness plan and adhering to it daily will increase your energy, give you better sleep, keep you lean and healthy and increase your much-needed serotonin levels to feel happier!

Taking care of yourself is the most valuable form of self-respect you can practice. It has this amazing trickledown effect… the character this breeds will infiltrate into every area of your life making you feel ridiculously alive and ready to take on whatever life throws at you … and gives you the beautiful gift of leaving you fit to help others around you as well.

The Silver lining.

Love yourself and you will love your life.

For a great fitness program join the In-Home Fitness Facebook group; a complementary group designed to help you find your silver lining.

With complete love for you, Linzi Martínez
