Apeiro Kitchen & Bar, Delray Beach’s successful Mediterranean restaurant from chef and co-owner David Blonsky, is opening its second location at the Shops at Midtown Miami this fall. The new location not only marks the concept’s expansion, but also the return of co-owner and iconic restaurateur Burt Rapoport to Dade County.
Blonsky’s rustic yet progressive cooking inspired by many of the regions that encompass the Mediterranean has drawn critical acclaim. Apeiro (Greek for “infinity”) highlights the dishes and flavors of the region from Morocco to Greece to Italy to Spain. For ease of ordering and to better facilitate sharing, the menu is broken down into a wide range of sections that include small plates, crudo, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, house-made pasta and kabobs. Designed by Manhas Design, one of the region’s leading restaurant and hospitality design firms, the 6,129-square-foot space will seat 320 with ample seating options available both indoor and on the covered alfresco patio overlooking the lively streets of Midtown.
Dinner will be served nightly; lunch and brunch will be introduced at a later date.
