Tipsy Flamingo

Tipsy Flamingo, a Miami-inspired cocktail bar, is hosting Tipsy ’23 – New Year’s Eve Party featuring high-energy music provided by DJ Mad Linx and cocktails from its new drink menu as we head into the new year. RSVP for free and enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight. Drink packages include a three-hour premium open bar from 9 p.m. to midnight for $60 and a $15 service charge. Sunset Club Roof Bar & Lounge

777 N Ocean Dr. Rooftop Level, Hollywood

Sunset Club’s New Year’s Eve Party will feature refreshing cocktails, bites, and exceptional rooftop views. DJ Fernando Lopez will be providing open-format music all night long. General admission tickets for $25 include one free welcome drink and access to passed hors d’oeuvres. A three-hour premium open bar from 9 p.m. to midnight and access to passed hors d’oeuvres can be enjoyed for $60 plus a $15 service charge.

Rooftop @1WLO is offering three packages during New Year’s Eve: VIP Couples ($200 per person) includes a VIP Seated section for two, one bottle of Moët and Rooftop access from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. with unlimited drinks from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.; the Group Package ($200 per guest – for four to six guests) features two bottles of Moët and the first round of drinks; and General Admission ($50 per person) offers an ala carte bites and bar menu, with guaranteed entry from 11 p.m. For reservations, call 954-523-1956.

Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach

Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach offers a three-course pre-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner menu curated by Chef Adrian Deacon of Steelpan Bar & Grill (located at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach). Guests can choose Fried Brussels or Watermelon Salad for the first course, a Ribeye, Island Snapper or Garden Pappardelle for the Main Course, and a Champagne Torte for dessert. Dinner is $75 per person, with an option to include a cocktail pairing. Reservations are highly recommended. A 12-cocktail collection of hand-crafted merriment in a glass is also available, featuring the Merry Berry made with vodka, Chambord, Limoncello, a splash of grenadine and club soda; the Cranberry Margarita with Patron Silver, Pama Liqueur, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, lime juice and club soda; and the Jack Frost or Peppermint Pina Colada. Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

Guests a the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort can experience a four-course chef-prepared dinner at The Patio at Le Marché on New Year’s Eve. Tickets are $127 per adult and $53 each for children 10 and under, which includes complimentary access to the poolside New Year’s Bash from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., featuring culinary stations, live entertainment, champagne toast, and a balloon drop at midnight. Cocktail attire is recommended.

Gulfstream Park

901 S Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach

From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Dec. 31 at Gulfstream Park, guests are invited to celebrate the new year while enjoying food, drinks, music and plenty of entertainment at this family-friendly event. The walking ring will be transformed into a neon nightclub with a laser show along with DJ beats by DJ Mike Locke. 30 Vice, with roots in Miami and Nashville, will perform live and will have guests dancing to the very best in Pop, R&B, Disco, Rock, Latin and Country. Food items including pizza, pretzels, hot dogs and chicken fingers will be available to purchase from various pop-ups set up in the walking ring. Guests can also visit Gulfstream restaurants Yard House, Christine Lee’s, Bissaleh, Texas de Brazil, Haagen Dazs, and Pastry is Art. For those looking to get together in a more intimate setting, there will be an elevated private dining option available by ticket purchase. Here, guests can enjoy a 3-course meal and top the night off with a bubbly toast.

Palm Beach

Ray Hotel

The Ray Hotel Delray features two restaurants to start your celebrations (Ember Grill & Akira Back) and a rooftop lounge and bar (Rosewater). 

Ember Grill 

Ember Grill is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu created by Executive Chef Vic Casanova. The special menu will feature dish options ranging from an amuse Crostini caramelized leeks, burrata and caviar; Cauliflower Soup blood orange, black olive, basil; Wild Mediterranean Turbot salsify, caramelized brussel sprouts, black truffle emulsion; and a dark chocolate Tart. Two time slots will be offered for reservations, with the last reservations being taken at 9:30 p.m. The second seating will include entry to the Rosewater Rooftop NYE celebration, where guests can ring in the New Year with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and music by special guest DJ Yissel.

Akira Back

Akira Back’s Michelin-star Chef Akira Back has crafted a special six-course Omakase prix-fixe menu. The menu will feature options from Oscietra Caviar and freshly shaved White Alba Truffles to Japanese A5 Wagyu. There will be two seatings, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., with the last reservations being taken at 9:30 p.m. The second seating will include entry to the Rosewater Rooftop NYE celebration, where guests can ring in the New Year with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and music by special guest DJ Yissel.

Rosewater Rooftop

Located atop the Ray Hotel in Delray, Rosewater Rooftop will host a festive celebration featuring live beats by special guest DJ Yissel, a premium open bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres, bottle packages, & more. The party begins at 8 p.m. and till late. Open bar tickets are $150 per person, plus taxes and fees. It includes Grey Goose, Bacardi, Bombay Gin, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight.

Warren Delray

Warren Delray will be ringing in 2023 with a special disco-themed celebration. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their best garb from the Disco era. In addition to the regular menu, Warren will also offer a special a la carte menu featuring items including Wild Mushroom Soup, Sous Vide Wahoo, and the Surf & Turf. Three time slots will be available for reservations, with the first seating beginning at 5 p.m., the second beginning at 7:30 p.m. and the third beginning at 9:30 p.m. Guests of the third seating will be charged a $50 cover which will include a New Year’s champagne toast and complimentary desserts from Damn Good Sweets. Music by DJ Misha will keep the party going all night long.
