Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita Unveils Crafted Beer in Celebration of Firehouse Building Anniversary

It pays homage to the historic Fire Station No. 4 building, built in 1923.

Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita concocted a new beer—Fire Station No. 4 Crafted Beer to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its home—the historic Fire Station No. 4 building. As the only rooftop dining terrace in Brickell’s Financial District, Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita will host a celebration of festivities on Thursday, Nov. 30, which will honor the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of the iconic landmark located on South Miami Avenue in Miami.

Fire Station No. 4 Crafted Beer serves as a celebration of life, love and the timeless narrative of Dolores and Lolita. Meticulously crafted with attention to detail and a respectful nod to tradition, the beer encapsulates the essence of the century-old firehouse, symboling resilience and history.

“We are thrilled to introduce Fire Station No. 4 Crafted Beer, a labor of love that captures the essence of Dolores and Lolita’s cherished home,” Carlos Galan says, president and CEO of Passion Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita. “It’s not just a drink; it’s a celebration of our rich history and the stories that have unfolded within these walls.”

At the 100-Year Firehouse Building Anniversary event, attendees can anticipate a day of joy, laughter and a nostalgic journey. The venue will pay homage to the courageous firefighters who have dedicated a century of service to the community. The celebration, scheduled at 7 p.m. on Nov. 30, will showcase delectable tapas from Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita, complemented by a selection of beverages from Don Julio, Ketel One Vodka, Estrella Galicia, Moet & Chandon, Mahou and their latest beer creation. The festivities aim to honor the firefighters and the historic building with a suggested $50 donation for attendees, and all proceeds will contribute to the Miami Firefighter Benevolent Association.

Miami Fire Station No. 4 is a centenarian landmark proudly enlisted on the National Register of Historic Places. The iconic building holds historical significance as it reaches its 100th milestone, and the restaurant represents Miami’s flourishing culinary landscape and cultural importance. Recognized as one of the trailblazers in Brickell, it has played a pivotal role in the evolution of South Miami Ave into the vibrant hub it is today.
