Boca Center to Receive Million-Dollar Facelift

Boca Center will soon feature a fresh new look to help attract more shoppers and businesses to the mixed-use center. A multi-million-dollar renovation will help transform the center into a more modern retail and business space over the next few months, with new tenants soon following.

“We’ve always considered Boca Center to be a flourishing and vibrant property, and we are excited to further that energy with a new look. We are experiencing a strong demand for retail space and look forward to announcing more of our new tenants in the coming weeks,” says Cassie McCrain, Managing Director of Barings Real Estate, an investment management firm that owns the facility.

Enhancements to the property will include updates to the exterior, a new contemporary paint scheme, updated lighting, stylish landscaping and new outdoor furnishing and signage. The center’s office buildings at 5100 and 5200 Town Center Circle will also be included in the renovation.

When the upgrade is complete in the coming months, Barings will welcome new tenants, including a wine bar and restaurant, a gourmet market and fitness and fashion boutiques. The center recently brought in Vivo Pizza + Pasta, Copperfish Kitchen and Namaste Nail Sanctuary as its latest businesses.
