The signature restaurant of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, BOURBON Steak, is set to commemorate its 15th anniversary with a special event hosted by chef/partners Michael Mina and Adam Sobel from Mina Group at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23. The event, which is only for one night, will provide guests with a chance to indulge in an intimate dining experience at the renowned South Florida steakhouse.
The nationally-renowned chefs have developed a special menu highlighting the concept’s legacy. The evening begins with a reception of canapes, including tuna tartare, lobster corn dogs, and lamb meatballs, and is priced at $350+ per person. Following the reception, guests are treated to a four-course menu featuring a caviar parfait, bacon-wrapped diver scallops, peppercorn-crusted Australian Wagyu, and banana tarte tatin. Wine pairings accompany each course, making it a truly luxurious experience. However, seating is limited, so interested individuals are advised to make reservations via Tock.
