Carousel Club Launches Midsummer-Themed Weekend Events and New Sunday Brunch Menus

The entertainment venue in Hallandale Beach spans 14,000 square feet of tented and open-air spaces.

The Carousel Club inside The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach offers a series of summer events centered around a Midsummer theme. Guests can enjoy live performances, musicians, and dancers in an enchanting atmosphere, with events like Midsummer Carnaval Friday Nights and Sunday’s Midsummer Garden Party. In addition, La Traila Barbecue and Spris Artisan Pizza have introduced new Sunday brunch items that pair well with $70 bottles of Moët & Chandon.

Spris Artisan Pizza has recently unveiled some exciting new brunch options for its Sunday menu. Customers can now indulge in the delicious Spinach & Ricotta Quiche or try the savory Carbonara Pizza, made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pancetta, sunny side up egg, shaved grana padano and black pepper. Meanwhile, La Traila Barbecue has also introduced some standout brunch items to its menu. Guests can enjoy the Smoked Maple Sausage (or Bacon) Egg and Cheese sandwich, which features thick-cut maple bacon or house-made breakfast sausage, American cheese, runny egg, and potato strings. Another popular choice is the Barbecue Breakfast Sandwich, made with smoked maple sausage or smoked mojo pulled pork, chipotle mayo, sunny side egg and fried pepitas.

The Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park is a recently opened open-air gathering spot that offers excellent cocktails, delicious eats and exciting entertainment throughout the day and night. It was designed by the esteemed Studio Collective based in Venice, California. This new entertainment venue in Hallandale Beach spans 14,000 square feet of tented and open-air spaces, including a spacious deck, a covered Carousel Bar with ample seating, and a grassy garden for lounging and lawn games. With the capacity to hold over 1,500 guests, the Carousel Club guarantees memorable moments and signature day-to-night programming. You can also enjoy food vendor pop-ups from Lincoln Road’s Spris Artisan Pizza, Mad Room Hospitality’s Los Altos Taqueria, and La Traila Texas Craft Barbecue.
