Casa Sensei in Fort Lauderdale Expands Fusion Menu With Latin-Asian Eats

Fort Lauderdale’s Casa Sensei on Las Olas Boulevard, which blends traditional Latin American cuisine with Pan-Asian staples, is now offering international influences from Cuba to India as it continues to expand its culinary tastings. Its latest venture into the fusion of different cuisine features the Mojo-Marinated Lechón ($28), pork chops paired with white rice and black bean purée. Future dishes soon to be incorporated include Ropa Vieja and Kebabs.

One of the eatery’s popular dishes is the Korean Steak Chimichurri, which pairs traditional Argentine chimichurri with tender Korean-style skirt steak, and the El Diablo roll, which incorporates yellowtail and ahi tuna from Japan, kimchi sauce from Korea and chili peppers from Latin America.
