Fiola Miami Introduces Tasting Menu for Vegetarian Diners

This latest addition to the menu is sure to delight vegetarians and foodies alike.

Fiola Miami, the Coral Gables dining destination that is the brainchild of Chef-Owner Fabio Trabocchi, just introduced a new vegetarian tasting menu called Degustazione Di Verdura, starting Tuesday, May 2.

Masterfully crafted by Executive Chef Daniel Ganem, the new vegetarian tasting menu showcases his artistic culinary skills and passion for locally sourced produce. The five-course menu will feature seasonal vegetables, and each dish will showcase a variety of textures and flavors to create an unforgettable dining experience.

The restaurant’s menu boasts several standout dishes, such as the White Asparagus Carpaccio, which features thinly sliced white asparagus drizzled with Agrumato and topped with Ricotta Crème Fraiche and fresh Basil. Another popular option is the Pasta e Verdura, which consists of triangular green ravioli filled with artichoke, flageolet beans, and zucchini blossoms and served in a light tomato water brodo. For a hearty and flavorful main course, guests can enjoy the English Pea Acquerello Risotto, made with high-quality Acquerello rice and served with a mint-basil crema, Sorrels, and Vacche Rose espuma. The meal includes a Canape, Amuse, Intermezzo, and a delicious Panna Cotta for dessert.

The Degustazione Di Verdura tasting menu at Fiola Miami will be offered during dinner service. The restaurant can be found at 1500 San Ignacio Ave in Coral Gables. To make a reservation, guests can visit Resy.
