The organization provides business coaching techniques in the personal, business and leadership realms.

The L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center in Fort Lauderdale hosted the Third Annual Women’s Power Summit organized by On the Ball. This event marked an important milestone in the organization’s journey to encourage personal development and inclusivity. The summit celebrated the progress and collective strength of women in leadership roles and welcomed the support of men. The event exemplified what it truly means to be “On the Ball.”

The American Cancer Society was the beneficiary of all the proceeds generated from the event. Attendees had a productive night filled with networking, philanthropy, and learning practical takeaways. On the Ball demonstrated its commitment to developing strong communities and proactive growth as the standard of business, sales, and leadership development. The success of this dynamic and inspiring event has already sparked anticipation for next year’s summit, with promises of expanding on its achievements. The panelists, including Jennifer Starkey, Robyn Raphael-Dynan, Sheryl Woods, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, and Kimberly Leon Sarni, were appreciated for being authentic and candid about their experiences.
