Takes Two to Mango

1 ½ oz Aberfeldy 12 Year Old

¼ oz Italicus

½ oz Lemon Juice

½ oz Honey syrup (1:1)

1 oz mango puree

Float Angostura bitters

Method:

Combine all ingredients apart from the Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a rock’s glass over block ice. Float the Angostura bitters and garnish with a mango spear.

Bee Mine

2oz ABERFELDY 12 Year Old infused with cacao nibs

One shot of espresso

½ oz salted wildflower honey syrup

Method:

Infused scotch: Infuse the Aberfeldy 12 year cacao nibs overnight. After four hours, strain the liquid. Honey syrup: to make the honey syrup, mix two parts honey to one part water, then add two large pinches of sea salt to the syrup. Cocktail: combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake long and hard and finely strain. Serve the cocktail in a coupe glass.
