The seventh annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House has selected the residence at 230 Miramar Way in West Palm Beach’s “SoSo” area to host the 2024 event. The Show House will be open to the public for a month starting from Friday, Feb. 23. This highly anticipated design event is considered the nation’s top design event of the year.
“We’re always looking forward to returning to Palm Beach and continue our partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County,” James Druckman says, president of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We’re eager to welcome a new group of designers into the house this year and continue raising critical funds.”
The property features a generous 8,589 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, including two primary bedroom suites and 6.5 bathrooms. Upon entry, visitors are welcomed by a spacious and inviting layout. The expansive living area offers ample space for relaxation and hosting gatherings. The second level of the home can be accessed via an elevator, and it boasts a breathtaking 4,500 square-foot rooftop entertainment space, complete with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of room for seating and socializing.

A group of leading interior designers will transform the desirable residence before opening it to the public for viewing. The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has collaborated with 23 most celebrated designers and architects who will showcase their design talent and passion to transform the home.
For almost 50 years, prominent interior designers have collaborated to collect over $29 million for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club of New York. The club offers educational and developmental programs for young people in the city. The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach Chairs comprise Steele Marcoux, Joy Moyler, and Ellie Cullman, with Vice Chairs Jonathan Savage and Billy Ceglia. Meanwhile, Bunny Williams will act as the Honorary Chair.
