Sixth Sense: Inside an Upcoming Boutique Condo

Ocean Land promises an eco-friendly development in Fort Lauderdale.

Designed to fold seamlessly into its surroundings, Sixth & Rio by developer OceanLand promises to add “environmentally responsive architecture” to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The luxury boutique condominium project, scheduled for completion in early 2025, features spacious townhomes and 100 residences with private balconies and views of the New River and Smoker Family Park. The design by AM Studio takes advantage of the latter backdrop especially, capturing the “tranquility and gentleness of the river” in the project, as well as architecture camouflages that conserve energy.

Expect resort-style amenities, including a sky terrace with an infinity pool and private cabanas, and residential spaces designed by Interiors by Steven G. (sixthandrio.com)
