Sixty Vines Brings Wine Country to Las Olas Boulevard

Vineyard-inspired restaurant now open Fort Lauderdale

Sixty Vines, the restaurant known for transporting guests to wine country, is now open and is offering lunch and dinner service.  Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale at 800 East Las Olas Boulevard, the highly anticipated restaurant marks Sixty Vines’ third South Florida location, offering guests 60 wines on tap paired with vineyard-inspired dishes designed for sharing.

Sixty Vines’ fresh, laid-back vibe perfectly matches the energy of Las Olas, in a space spanning 10,000 square feet across two floors.  Offering an indoor/outdoor bar, second-level dining perch, and multiple private dining spaces, the restaurant perfectly balances style and comfort, offering a mix of cozy banquettes, communal tables, and loungey sofas along with the lively bar.  Sixty Vines is set to be downtown Fort Lauderdale’s go-to destination for everything from casual celebrations to unforgettable wine dinners.

“After living in Fort Lauderdale for several years, I’m excited to share the Sixty Vines experience with the community,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “Our goal is to make wine culture fun and approachable. We can’t wait to join the eclectic mix of shops and restaurants that make Las Olas such a sought-after destination in downtown Fort Lauderdale.”

Sixty Vines offers a “pinkies down” atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a wine flight, sipping a glass, or sharing a refillable bottle with friends. Open for dinner daily, weekday lunch and weekend brunch, Sixty Vines’ inventive vineyard-inspired menu celebrates seasonal flavors made with locally sourced ingredients. Signature items include build-your-own charcuterie boards, fresh salads, and hand-tossed pizzas. Entree highlights include selections such as Atlantic Salmon, Pan Roasted Chicken, Double Cabernet Burger, and Wood-Grilled Bavette Steak. Dessert favorites include Sticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Affogato. In addition, the team is well-trained to suggest the perfect wine pairing to complement the shareable menu selections.  And a spacious and inviting private dining room makes Sixty Vines a natural choice for events and celebrations.

Known as a sustainability leader, Sixty Vines’ wine on tap system offers an eco-friendly approach to serving wine. Each keg holds 26 bottles and can be reused around 1,500 times over its refillable lifetime. This eco-friendly tap system not only reduces waste and protects the planet but also offers guests the closest ‘from the barrel’ tasting experience outside a vineyard.

By partnering with many of the world’s top winemakers, Sixty Vines offers exclusive wines not commonly available by the glass. It also offers hand-crafted cocktails with choices ranging from a spirit-forward Tequila Fix to a light and refreshing Frozen Aperol Spritz, plus beers, mocktails, and non-alcoholic wines. Complementing its premium wine selection, Sixty Vines maintains a casual vibe, welcoming guests to experience everything from multi-course wine dinners to a quick glass of wine and a snack as a late-in-the-day refresher, as well as a weekday Tappy Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The new restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, and weekend brunch. For more information, please visit www.sixtyvines.com or @sixtyvines on Instagram.  Self-parking and valet parking are available.
