On the ground floor is a new eatery, SoBe Vegan, featuring an array of vegan/organic options. The PalmsThe Palms Hotel & Spa: Located at the northern end of the South Beach entertainment district, this AAA Four-Diamond property reopened on July 1. Dining at the 251-room beachfront resort includes the natural gourmet dishes at Essensia (open for breakfast and dinner, with outdoor seating available), and offerings at the Tiki Bar. The Palms’ AVEDA Spa also is open (check out the Chakra Balancing Massage special throughout July); in August, the resort will debut one-on-one yoga and meditation classes. As with W Fort Lauderdale, The Palms is adhering to all CDC safety and health guidelines.
