Menu: Butternut squash soup, slow-roasted turkey with pan gravy. Homemade sides include stuffing, cranberry sauce, roasted green beans and carrots and pumpkin praline cheesecake made in collaboration with Eli’s Cheesecake of Chicago.

Menu: Executive Chef David Morales presents a menu with several stations of mouth-watering goodness. At the Autumn Harvest Station, find Quinoa Tabbouleh and Green Apple Slaw and Carrot Salad. The Pilgrim’s Station includes Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry and Orange Compote, Smoked Maple Rib Eye and Green Beans and Apple Wood Pancetta. The Mayflower’s Sugar Table has Pumpkin, Pecan, Cranberries Textures and Sweet Flavors.
