St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Offers New Dining Options

The resort will take the Fall season to new, luxurious heights.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is introducing an array of new and elevated programs to mark the beginning of the autumn season. The resort has curated a range of options to cater to discerning travelers looking for luxurious cultural experiences and families seeking to enjoy a fun time together. With the introduction of fresh takes on famed St. Regis Rituals, indulgent gastronomic experiences, family-friendly programming, immersive, hands-on activities, and more, the bespoke Miami resort will welcome the changing of the seasons in style.

Indulge in the Time-Honored Art of Sabrage

The Champagne Sabrage Masterclass at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will be resuming from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the third Saturday of every month, starting on Saturday, Oct. 21. It offers guests and residents an evening of storied rituals and unparalleled dining experiences. Hosted at The St. Regis Bar, guests will be treated to a tasting of three exquisite varieties of Moët Champagne paired with elegant, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres in honor of the longstanding St. Regis tradition of sabrage. The masterclass will begin with a story as part of the St. Regis Rituals and will be offered monthly for $85 per guest.

The resort will also offer a grand French Wine Dinner experience every quarter starting on Thursday, Nov. 30. This five-course tasting dinner will take guests on a gastronomic journey through France’s brightest and boldest flavors. The resort’s sommelier will present noteworthy wine pairings that span blends from Old World to New World and Left Bank to Right Bank Bordeauxs, ensuring guests leave with a satisfied palate. Reservations are required and can be booked via email through the resort’s Food and Beverage Reservations team.

St. Regis Traditions, Poolside

Starting on Oct. 13, guests at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort can enjoy the famous poolside Champagne Evening Ritual daily at 5:30 p.m. This tradition, which dates back to the time of Napoleon Bonaparte, will be held outside to allow guests to bask in the Miami sunshine. The ceremony, which marks the transition between day and night, will be performed for guests to enjoy. Additionally, guests can indulge in champagne-inspired cocktails from the “Golden Hour” menu, created in partnership with Dom Perignon. Live DJ performances will also be available on Fridays and Saturdays in October, and from Thursday to Sunday in November from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The resort’s Bloody Mary Masterclass is a unique offering at the resort’s adults-only Tranquility Pool Bar. This hands-on workshop takes place every Sunday at 11:30 a.m., starting from Oct. 8. The masterclass allows guests to learn how to make the resort’s Florida-inspired version of the traditional Bloody Mary, called the Bloody Sunrise and the iconic Red Snapper, which is credited to the flagship St. Regis New York. The workshop is organized before brunch, and guests are encouraged to complement their experience with a Greek-inspired brunch at Atlantikós.

The resort has introduced a mobile coconut cart that serves signature, engraved coconuts to guests lounging poolside at the Tranquility Pool. Available every Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the cart offers surprise and delight moments to guests looking for an Insta-worthy experience. Additionally, children can enjoy popcorn and cotton candy by the resort pool on weekends.

Culture and Cocktails at the Bar

The St. Regis Bar invites guests to indulge in lively Saturday evenings filled with Latin-inspired live music, entertainment, and cuisine during the Fall season. Local musicians and percussionists take center stage at this glamorous bar, immersing guests in the vibrant Miami atmosphere while they savor Latin-inspired cuisine and drinks.

Starting in November, The St. Regis Bar will host an immersive cocktail workshop, highlighting a different spirit each month. The workshop, which will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, is being held in collaboration with bespoke beverage partners. The first workshop will focus on exploring the diverse world of tequila with Volcan De Mi Tierra Tequila and teaching guests how to make various cocktails, from classic favorites to new and innovative ones.

Fall Family Fun for All Ages

An array of new programming awaits families looking for an unforgettable autumn escape or staycation at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. They can enjoy “Movie Nights Under the Stars & Palms,” showcasing family-favorite films on an expansive screen. These movies will be offered at varying locations across the resort during key holiday weekends. Families can also indulge in a special menu of classic movie theater snacks and treats available during the movie screenings.

During Thanksgiving weekend, the rotating activities and thoughtful experiences designed for children and families, which were previously introduced, will be re-introduced by The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. A calendar featuring an array of arts and crafts workshops, including animal kingdom-inspired decorating, seasonal pumpkin patch and corn painting, astral-themed activities, and more, will be held during weekends. Additionally, creative festive programming will be offered daily during special holidays.
