Sunday Brunch Returns to The Deck at Island Gardens

To help commence 2023 in style, The Deck at Island Gardens, a waterfront restaurant in Miami, began offering its popular Sunday brunch buffet on Jan. 8. The restaurant’s revamped brunch experience features a variety of indulging stations which include omelets, grilled skewers, seasonal salads, hot dishes, passed pizzas, charcuterie, paella and more. The new Chilled from the Sea station offers unlimited fresh oysters, shrimp and seasonal options. The dessert station provides guests with signature house favorites such as the Chocolate Nemesis, Salted Caramel Mille-Feuille and other specialty creations. Brunch cocktails include mimosas, bellinis, Aperol spritzes, grapefruit spritzes, white sangria and red sangria.

All the food and beverage options are complemented by waterfront dining and live beats by rotating DJs, singers and bands. The brunch service lasts from noon to 4 p.m., with DJ Christophe Lacroix taking over for sunset entertainment.

Pricing starts at $75 per person, which includes one welcome mimosa or Bellini. A $135 per person package consists of two hours of brunch cocktails, select wine and beer. Guests can enjoy brunch by reserving a table, cabana, or bar seating via The Deck at Island Gardens Brunch Booking Page, calling the restaurant directly at 786.627.4949, or emailing [email protected]
