  • The evening tour—guided by authentic Victorian Mourners—will divulge the dark secrets of the spirits who linger within the confines of Stranahan House. The Grave Keeper also will tell tales of countless other haunted sites throughout Florida. You may even come across the spirit of Frank Stranahan himself…

Nightmare on the Beach: Dark CarnEvil Halloween Party

  • The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s 8th annual party at Lummus Park will feature top-shelf cocktails, delicious bites and live entertainment. Followed by a family-friendly Halloween parade from 1:30–4 p.m.
  • When: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.

Fright Nights at the South Florida Fairgrounds

  • Brave four haunted houses, embrace carnival rides and enjoy live music, food and more entertainment at the South Florida Fairgrounds and Expo Center.

Thrills and Chills! Bokamper’s Annual Halloween Bash

  • Join BIG 105.9’s Paul Castronovo for a Halloween party. There will be a live DJ, Halloween drink specials, signature cocktails and a notoriously competitive costume contest.

Specialty cocktails for a cause

  • Throughout October, Angelo Elia Restaurant Group will raise funds for Puerto Rico after the devastation by Hurricanes Irma and Maria with two specialty Bacardi cocktails—a pineapple-infused mojito and a Grey Goose white cosmo—at five of its locations. Each are $14, and 100 percent of proceeds will benefit UNICEF USA Puerto Rico Relief.

Boo! Celebrate Halloween

The Faena Horror Picture Show

  • The Living Room presents its “weird and wonderful” event, hosted by legendary Miami drag queen, Adora. Inspired by the cult-classic movie, this all-night festivity will transform Faena’s intimate cocktail lounge into Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s famous castle, with a selection of themed Bacardi cocktails and live music from Brothers of Other. Boo! Celebrate Halloween

Classic Sunday Rewind Adult Skate Night

  • Xtreme Action Park is hosting a special Halloween edition of its weekly event. The themed costume party will feature The Beach 102.7’s DJ Holiday and is open to all adults 18 and older. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best 70’s or 80’s costume for a chance to win Rockfest 80’s concert tickets. There will also be $5 drink specials available at the Rink Side Bar.

Hollyweird Block Party

  • From 6–9 p.m., the street will be full of children trick-or-treating and participating in a costume contest. Later, there will be live outdoor music stages at The Greek Joint, Mickey Byrnes and Whiskey Tango, plus a DJ at The Octopus Bar.

Family Fest: Spooky Symphony

  • The Greater Miami Youth Symphony and the Alhambra Orchestra will perform a Halloween family concert.

Trick or Treat Journey for Kids at Miami’s First Ice Bar

  • Explore a winter ice cavern where everything is made of ice, including the glasses you drink out of. Meet polar bears, spooky ghosts, and perhaps even Elsa from Frozen. Reservations are required.

Upcoming: Festivals

Rock On

  • Rock ’n’ roll royalty will grace the at RockFest 80’s, a two-day event featuring Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Cheap Trick. Sixteen will perform their hits at C.B. Smith Park. Hair and makeup salon Kaizen Beauty Academy will be on-site to tease hair to nostalgic heights with 1980s-style makeovers. A muscle-car show and a street-art exhibition add a different artistic element to the festival, which runs noon-10:30 p.m. both days.
