Each call to 211 is attended by a competent, qualified counselor who listens to the caller’s issues, assesses their requirements, and links them with relevant agencies and programs to assist them.
In addition, 211 Broward has been a partner of the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for over ten years and is responsible for answering all 988 suicide hotline calls originating in Broward County.
