4Kids Hosts Miami Galentine’s Luncheon

The nonprofit organization aims to provide safe foster homes for local children.

Women from all over Miami-Dade will come together for the 4Kids’= inaugural Miami Galentine’s Luncheon scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at Villa Woodbine, a Mediterranean-Renaissance-inspired mansion (2167 S Bayshore Dr., Miami). Attendees can anticipate enjoying a delightful meal while supporting children and families in need within Miami-Dade. To secure a sponsorship or purchase tickets, please visit here.

Since 2018, women who are passionate about giving back have united to support vulnerable children and families in our community. This year’s theme, “Love Grows Here,” embodies the heart of the 4KIDS mission. It represents how every act of kindness, big or small, is a seed that grows into a lasting impact on the children, teens, and young adults the organization serves. Guests will enjoy a beautiful luncheon, a raffle featuring one-of-a-kind experiences, and the opportunity to make a real difference.

Teena Escudero is the guest speaker at the event. She is a dedicated wife of 21 years and a proud mother to three young adults. After homeschooling her children for 12 years, she retired from homeschooling and now focuses on fostering and caring for at-risk children. With a deep faith in Jesus, Teena is committed to serving His children, having come from a background shaped by generational trauma. She currently serves her community through various roles, including being an office manager at Real Results International LLC in Florida, contributing to her church’s special events team and VBS program, and advocating for children in need.
