Miami Swim Week returns May 27–31 as a celebration of fashion, style, and beach culture. Beyond the catwalk, the experience extends to where to stay, dine, and unwind, with chic hotels, standout happenings, and wellness activations capturing the energy of the week.

Below is a curated selection of accommodations and experiences for Miami Swim Week 2026.

From May 27–31, Greater Miami and Miami Beach will welcome leading designers, emerging brands, and a global audience of fashion insiders for a week of runway presentations, trade exhibitions, wellness events, industry panels, brand activations, and celebrity- and influencer-driven programming. Past editions have included appearances by Olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles, Kim Kardashian, Kate Upton, Bethenny Frankel, and Alix Earle. The annual event reinforces Greater Miami’s status as a fashion capital while serving as a centerpiece for swimwear and resort wear.

Headquartered at Mondrian South Beach, Miami Swim Week® – The Shows will host dozens of events across multiple venues, featuring more than 150 national and international designers. Limited VIP tickets will offer priority red carpet entry, luxury beauty lounges, private gifting suites, access to after-parties, and entry to exclusive runway shows.

PARAISO Miami Swim Week adds another layer to the week with designer showcases and immersive activations that connect fashion with beauty, music, and lifestyle across more than 50 events, including social brunches, wellness collaborations with The Retreat Miami, live music performances, and more. Single-day general admission passes are priced at $750 and include three same-day runway shows in the main tent. Multiday passes and VIP experiences will also be available.

Art Deco Fashion Show with NADJEA at The Gates Hotel South Beach | May 29–30
Miami Swim Week arrives at The Gates Hotel South Beach, centrally located on Collins Avenue just steps from the beach and within easy walking or short ride distance of many Swim Week shows and events. Presented by NADJEA, this year’s programming includes:

Art Deco Fashion Show | May 29
The signature Art Deco Fashion Show takes center stage with a curated runway presentation of NADJEA’s latest collection from 2 to 7 p.m. VIP entry is available, with tickets starting at $45.

Batuque Music Party | May 29
Following the fashion show, guests are invited to the Batuque Music kickoff party featuring an open bar and DJ sets from 7 to 11 p.m.

Beauty x Wellness Event | May 30
Attendees can take part in a more mindful experience featuring a cacao ceremony, sound bowl healing, guided yoga and Pilates, holistic wellness offerings, live music, and poolside views from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lincoln Road Swim Week Shows
Lincoln Road is partnering with Miami Swim Week to host a series of events, including a pre-wellness event on May 17 and a runway show on May 27, with more details to come. As the week unfolds, guests moving between events, shows, and late-night gatherings will find Lincoln Road woven into the daily rhythm of Swim Week, with eight pedestrian-friendly blocks setting the stage for everything from quick bites between events to lingering post-runway dinners.

The Betsy – South Beach
Recognized as a Michelin Key hotel, The Betsy – South Beach is a 130-room, family-owned luxury oceanfront resort in Miami Beach’s Art Deco Historic District. Guests can elevate their stay at the hotel’s 3,200-square-foot rooftop complex, complete with a sparkling pool, or retreat to its serene library. Celebrated as a world-leading literary and cultural hotel, The Betsy hosts jazz nine nights a week at The Piano Bar and features rotating art exhibitions. Public art installations such as The Betsy Orb, an egg-shaped structure connecting the hotel’s two buildings, and The Betsy Poetry Rail, etched with the works of Miami poets, bring added character to every stay.

Uchiko, the sister restaurant to Uchi in Wynwood, delivers a high-energy, shareable dining experience ideal for a post-runway meal. The menu leans into fire and flavor with a robust “from the hearth” section, where the yakitori grill takes center stage and chefs use smoking and curing techniques across hot and cold preparations. Strawberry Moon

One of the few beachfront restaurants in Miami Beach, Bungalow Beach Bar & Grill at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is a strong option for a midday reset, with a menu of fresh juices, coffee, and raw bar selections alongside light bites. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., SoFi Coffee is a hyperlocal café in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood designed as a cultural living room for conversation and connection amid the pace of Swim Week. Just steps from the Miami Beach Boardwalk, the café serves ethically grown, locally roasted brews from Imperial Moto, wellness shots, fresh juices, rotating artisanal pastries from Bettant Bakery, and grab-and-go items in a relaxed setting.

Just steps from the beach, Kung Fu Chicken is one of the newest quick-bite options to know during Miami Swim Week. Founded by Chef Yu Bi and Dr. Tingjun Lei, the fast-casual concept is known for its 24-hour-marinated fried chicken, crispy tapioca coating, and signature sauces added after frying for maximum crunch.
