Coconut Creek welcomes Robbie E. Custom Cakes to the city! Robbie E. Custom Cakes is a professional cake design and baking company serving South Florida. They use only the finest ingredients, including unbleached flour, organic and natural flavors and spices. They also provide gluten free and eggless cakes for weddings and other special events. Sky Zone Grand Opening

Mixing fun and fitness is underway at the new Sky Zone Fort Lauderdale. The all-trampoline park opened its doors in Pompano Beach on March 6 with a warm welcome from Mayor Lamar Fisher along with leaders from the Coral Springs Chamber and Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. Sky Zone offers healthy activities for the young and young-at-heart on roughly 150 connected trampolines. Lady Panthers Cheerleaders learned first hand about getting exercise in disguise during Sky Zone’s grand opening festivities. A Family Affair

The MOMS Club® of Parkland is hosting “A Family Affair” at the Parkland YMCA on Sunday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This free family-friendly event features a “Kids Corner” with bounce houses, arts and crafts, shopping, food and drinks, live performances and more! Over 70 vendors selling handmade crafts and boutique items, as well as small direct sales businesses and service providers will be present. The event is sponsored by businesses from Parkland, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and the surrounding areas. Net proceeds will benefit the Parkland YMCA’s after-school program, summer camp, and special needs programs. The YMCA is located at 10559 Trails End in Parkland. For more info, call 954.384.9622.

Scope Southeast Spring Event

Save the date for SCOPE Southeast’s “Making Happy Campers” event at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek (4250 N. State Road 7) on April 8 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Enjoy food, raffles, and an auction that benefits the SCOPE’s program.
