Jewelry Designer Devon Leigh

L.A. jewelry designer Devon Leigh was in Fort Lauderdale recently for the Neiman Marcus Fort Lauderdale Trend Event and Spring Fashion Show, featuring her bold pieces: Opulent, innovative and colorful designs that combine natural semi-precious stones with rich metals. Her collection features long layered necklaces, which are a must-have for every woman this season. These statement pieces can be worn with a couture evening gown or a simple t-shirt.

Earrings & Bracelet

One customer raved, “Her jewelry makes any outfit pop.” Devon Leigh wore her signature hat and leggings to the event; her style is an eclectic combination of whimsical and Bohemian. She is genuine and funny and describes her life as a micro-management dance of motherhood (she has three young daughters), a thriving jewelry business and a moviemaker husband (who has been away on location for seven months). She smiles and says, “I love a challenge and I’m very competitive.”

Devon Leigh says she finds her inspiration in everything she does, including cooking, parenting and a daily 7-mile hike where she responds to emails (she personally responds to customers). Her road to becoming a leading jewelry designer has been fortuitous. When she couldn’t find a necklace for a red carpet event last minute, she combined an antique brooch with pearls and said that she sold the piece off her neck that night. “That event changed the direction of my life.” What began as a hobby has since evolved into a vibrant online business.

Devon Leigh, Jewelry Designer

Devon Leigh’s jewelry can be found in 14 Neiman Marcus stores. From Boca Raton to Coral Gables, women of different styles, ages and tastes celebrate her artistic pieces. “This is a dream come true. I feel so proud and privileged to be part of Neiman Marcus,” she shares. “One woman recently purchased 42 pieces saying that each piece was a work of art.” She pauses, “I couldn’t have been happier.”
