The Royal Dames of Cancer Research hosted a Spring Luncheon, “A Diamond and PearlsAffair,” a unique, Hollywood-inspired event that was a feast for the senses. The event, held at the Coral Ridge Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale and hosted by President Carole Nugent and Chairwoman MaryKate Wood, was a resounding success. All the funds raised were dedicated to cancer research at Nova Southeastern University’s Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research.
