BLT Prime Doral, a premier fine dining steakhouse located within the Trump National Doral, invites guests to experience an interactive wine dinner showcasing delicious food perfectly paired with fine wines in an intimate setting. Take in the panoramic views of the renowned Blue Monster golf course as you enjoy some of BLT Prime’s best offerings, including steaks, fresh seafood, signature salads, sides and desserts.
The upcoming wine dinner on August 6 will feature a menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Tim Elmore and paired with Susana Balbo Wines of Argentina. Menu items include a Baby Beet Salad with goat cheese, compressed apple and pistachio, Soft Shell Crab with romesco, charred corn and heirloom tomato and Ribeye with red wine jus, smoked carrot puree and charred cippolini. Each dish is accompanied by a unique glass of wine to offset its flavor.
The August 6 dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Nicklaus Private Dining Room at BLT Prime.
These dinners are scheduled to occur once a month through December of 2019 and will feature a variety of selected vintners. This year’s schedule of dinner dates and wine pairings is as follows:

- Tuesday, October 8: Donnafugata
- Tuesday, November 5: Michael Mondavi Family Estate
- Tuesday, December 10: Celler Vall Llach
