Acclaimed Chef From New York’s Marea Brings the Heat to West Palm

Born from the culture of Australian hospitality, New York’s Isla & Co has debuted in West Palm Beach, serving specialty coffees, an inventive cocktail program, an indulgent lunch/brunch menu (check out the griddled banana bread) and a dinner menu created by executive chef Matt Foley (the spicy shrimp vodka rigatoni is a standout). Foley won raves for his culinary chops at Manhattan’s Italian restaurant Marea, which earned two Michelin stars in 2012.
