Adrift Mare at Hotel AKA Brickell Launches New Power Lunch

David Myers, a renowned restaurateur known as the "Gypsy Chef," opened Adrift Mare in July.

In celebration of Fall, Adrift Mare at Hotel AKA Brickell has debuted its new Power Lunch. For $39 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), diners can indulge in a three-course culinary experience available daily from noon to 4 p.m. With its elegant and sophisticated ambiance, Adrift Mare is the perfect venue for professionals and loved ones to relish a top-notch midday meal.

The Power Lunch enables guests to indulge in a wide range of delectable dishes that appear on its spectacular menu. The meal begins with options such as hummus with fermented honey flatbread, heirloom tomatoes made with burrata, smoked olive oil, and toasted quinoa, and falafel and kale salad prepared with hummus, pomegranate, and mixed grains. For the main course, diners can choose from Arugula Pesto served with aged parmesan cheese, stracciatella, and bucatini pasta, MARE Burger accompanied by gruyere cheese, tomato salsa, and fries, or Half Roasted Chicken seasoned with brown butter sauce. To satisfy their sweet tooth, guests can end their meal with a Maritozzo Bun, a decadent dessert filled with butterscotch and vanilla bean cream. To complement these delicious dishes, Power Lunch attendees can select from a wide range of artfully crafted cocktails that feature elevated Mediterranean ingredients, offering both elegant minimalism and refined, bold flavors.

Miami welcomed David Myers, a renowned restaurateur known as the “Gypsy Chef,” in July 2023, when he opened Adrift Mare, his first-ever East Coast restaurant. The restaurant’s gastronomic journey is inspired by the diverse cultures and cuisines Myers has encountered during his global exploration, bringing to life the vibrant essence of the Mediterranean coast in an enchanting way.

Reservations for table seating are required and can be booked here. Adrift Mare is located at 1395 Brickell Ave. at Hotel AKA Brickell.
