ADRIFT Mare Introduces Sunday Brunch Service

Guests can enjoy stunning views of Miami’s skyline while relishing every meal.

ADRIFT Mare, the renowned Mediterranean restaurant on Brickell Avenue, is expanding its offerings with the launch of Mare Weekend Brunch. The brainchild of “Gypsy Chef” David Myers, this new meal is offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday. With this latest addition, ADRIFT Mare will not only be known for its top-notch Mediterranean dinner but also its irresistible brunch experience. This is an excellent opportunity for both fans and newcomers to indulge in the exciting culinary offerings of one of Miami’s most sought-after restaurants nestled on Hotel AKA’s 25th floor.

The new brunch offering is priced at $98 per person and includes a variety of buffet options along with a choice of a la carte main and side dishes. The brunch also features bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys. Guests can indulge in a lavish crudo and salad buffet and a live black magic oyster station. The main course highlights include a mare burger with gruyere, fried egg, and garlic aioli; king crab omelet; eggs benedict with braised short rib; a 12 oz. prime ribeye with truffle butter (additional $20) and king crab legs with confit garlic (additional $40). For those with a sweet tooth, the menu offers french toast with cinnamon cream and roasted pecans; ricotta pancake with berries, vanilla cream and maple syrup; and banana waffle with toffee sauce, candied nuts and brown butter ice cream. Guests can also complement their brunch with an array of sides, including Broccolini with sundried tomatoes, crispy eggplant, and french fries with parmesan and chili garlic aioli.

For a decadent Sunday brunch, ADRIFT offers a unique and luxurious twist on the classic Bloody Mary with its bespoke recipe. Guests can enhance their experience by choosing the premier tableside Bloody Mary Cart option, priced at $25 per drink. The recipe features vodka infused with duck confit, elephant clove garlic, and portobello mushrooms for a rich, savory base. This is then mixed with heirloom tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice, balanced with black pepper, celery salt, and Himalayan sea salt. For added spice, guests can choose to add wasabi, horseradish, and/or tabasco. To elevate the presentation, a Caprese garnish is available, including a skewer of chilled shrimp, cherry heirloom tomatoes, bocconcini buffalo mozzarella, and/or garden basil.

A specially crafted kids menu is available at ADRIFT Mare for young guests aged 10 and under, priced at $45. This menu includes access to the buffet and dessert bar. ADRIFT Mare is situated at 1395 Brickell Ave. on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell. For reservations, visit Adriftmare.com/miami or call (305) 503-6500.
