The American Heart Association’s 2024 Heart Ball was a successful event to promote equitable health for all and save lives. The event raised more than $1.1 million, supporting the Association’s life-saving work against heart disease and stroke. The South Florida Heart Ball at the Diplomat Beach Resort was hosted by Jenise Fernandez, an anchor and reporter with Local10News, whose presence added a special touch to the evening. Andrew and Deana Koenig from CITY Furniture, the dedicated campaign chairs in 2024, played a pivotal role in the event’s success. Over 500 guests attended the event and enjoyed musical entertainment and dancing. The annual event also serves as a special moment to reflect, honor and appreciate everyone’s hard work in the fight against disease and strokes.
