Beat the Summer Heat With Refreshing Cocktails at Le Colonial Delray

The well-regarded French-Vietnamese restaurant launched over three decades ago.

Le Colonial Delray is unveiling an exclusive selection of its new signature cocktails, a treat reserved for those seeking to cool off in the summer heat. This refreshing new menu is a result of a unique collaboration with the internationally known mixologist Danilo Dacha Bazovic.

Le Colonial Delray at 601 East Atlantic Ave. is known for its exquisite upscale French-Vietnamese cuisine in an elegant and romantic setting. It also offers a selection of the finest cocktails in the world, perfect for enjoying a taste of summer. Some standout options include the Golden Sunrise ($18), made with Corazón Blanco Tequila, Turmeric Habanero Tincture, egg white, Gran Gala Orange Liqueur, and fresh lime. The Saigon Tea ($19) is another refreshing choice, featuring Askur Gin, Shochu, lush orchard, yuzu, fresh lemon, and Q Tonic. For a non-alcoholic option, try the Saigon Mint Colada with coconut milk, pineapple, lime, mint, turmeric and fresh nutmeg ($11).
