The Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade continues its yearly custom of selling Christmas trees to spread holiday cheer and raise funds for the nonprofit organization. For the last 50 years, the club has been selling Christmas trees and the time-honored tradition recently began at the Hank Kline Club tree lot, 2805 SW 32 Ave. in Miami. The tree lot will be open seven days a week until trees are sold out.
Available trees include Fraser firs, hand-selected by Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade president Alex Rodriguez-Roig in North Carolina. They stand five feet to 14-feet tall with a starting price of $65. Poinsettias are also available starting at $15.
