If you’re like me and your palette constantly craves sweetness, then a good margarita is the ideal way to invigorate your body with a sweet and tasty treat. This week’s featured cocktail is the Strawberry Basil Margarita at Bo’s BBQ in Miramar. The cocktail features Jose Cuervo silver tequila with triple sec, lemon sour, basil and strawberries.
The mixture produced a nice blend of traditional margarita taste with a hint of fruitiness. Seated on the outside terrace overlooking a lake provided a great view to enjoy the concoction along with tasty food offerings like the Siracha-spiced tuna wontons.
If margaritas or cocktails aren’t your thing, the Bo’s Brew Pale Ale (5% ABV) is a light ale that provides enough hoppy taste for craft beer lovers while not being overly heavy. The brew was crafted exclusively for Bokamper’s by Saltwater Brewery in Delray Beach.
