Cocktail Recipe: Smoke in the Garden

Tacocraft provides its Smoke in the Garden cocktail recipe that mixes the flavors of Mezcal, Elderflower, Lime Juice and Hibiscus syrup for a nice summer cool-down.

Yields one drink

Ingredients

2 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

1 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup

1 Mint Sprig (Muddled)

1 Dehydrated Lime (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Method

1. Muddle mint and mix ingredients in a shaker.

2. Rim half of a wine glass with tajin.

3. Strain over fresh ice into the glass.

4. Garnish with dehydrated lime and mint sprig.
