Cocktails with a Cause

The Lincoln Eatery is no stranger to disrupting the restaurant industry. Hailed as Miami’s first modern food hall, this location features unique designs by global architecture firm Arquitectonica and houses a total of 16 fast-casual, artisan and grab & go concepts under the same roof. The Lincoln Eatery also recently launched Cocktails, a new bar concept highlighting the nature of the space with tropical wallpaper and leaf pendant lights.

Beginning in August 2019, The Lincoln Eatery will partner with sponsor Cruzan Rum to promote their newest initiative, Cocktails with a Cause. This program invites guests to enjoy a different signature cocktail each month in support of a local charity. 50% of the proceeds from these specialty drinks will go toward that charity, and guests will also receive tropical-themed coconut souvenir glasses.

The following charities will be featured as part of the Cocktails with a Cause program:

  • August: Nicklaus Children’s Hospital
  • September: Teach For America Miami-Dade
  • October: Parkinson’s Foundation
  • November: Diabetes Research Institute Foundation
  • December: United Way of Miami-Dade
  • January: Big Dog Ranch Rescue

Some of the specialty cocktails guests can expect to see on the menu at Cocktails include The Morning After with house-made corn flakes-infused rum, pineapple and coconut, the Mangopolitan with vodka, Cointreau, mango and lemon, the London Mule with dry gin, lime, agave and ginger beer, the Fresh Highball with whiskey, lime, ginger and club soda and the Bourbon Smash with bourbon, lemon, pineapple and basil (pictured).
