The South Florida real estate market continues to produce record numbers after the property at 672 South Shore Drive in Miami Beach recently sold for $6.75 million. Ignacio Villanueva, a real estate agent with Compass, who represented the buyers (a couple from New York City), says the deal was the highest-priced home ever sold on the canal in Normandy Isles.
The custom-built masterpiece provides over 5,000 square feet of living space along with contemporary finishes. The interior features custom details including handcrafted cabinetry, tray ceilings, designer lighting, an entire smart home including security cameras, lighting, shades/drapes, surround sound speakers, thermostats, Dornbracht fixtures, custom closets, sandblasted marble floors and a pivoting front door. The outdoor space features a spa, full summer kitchen with gas grill, ice maker, and fire pit.
