Daoud’s Fine Jewelry’s Baileigh Daoud-Soricelli Named to Jewelers of America’s 2026 20 Under 40 List

Jewelers of America (JA), the national trade association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, has named Baileigh Daoud-Soricelli as one of the recipients of the 20 Under 40 Program. The national initiative honors exceptional young professionals under 40 who exemplify leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in the fine jewelry industry.

“Jewelers of America’s 20 Under 40 program was created to spotlight the rising stars shaping the future of the jewelry industry. Baileigh Daoud-Soricelli exemplifies the innovation, dedication, and leadership that will drive the industry forward and inspire the next generation of professionals,” says David Bonaparte, President & CEO of Jewelers of America.

Award recipients were carefully selected by a panel of industry experts based on their professional success, leadership abilities, innovative approach, and dedication to the jewelry community. All honorees also demonstrated alignment with Jewelers of America’s Code of Professional Practices and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.

Baileigh Daoud-Soricelli is a fifth-generation jeweler and managing partner of her family’s 131-year legacy at Daoud’s Fine Jewelry, where she leads both sales and marketing. Raised in a tradition rooted in trust, expertise, and exceptional value, she has developed a discerning eye for fine diamonds, estate jewelry, and luxury timepieces, as well as a deep appreciation for meaningful client relationships. Daoud’s has earned national recognition, including features on the Today Show and accolades such as “Best Jeweler” by Fort Lauderdale Magazine (2021–2025) and recognition among Florida’s Oldest and top jewelers. Beyond the showroom, Baileigh is dedicated to philanthropy and community involvement across South Florida.
