The oceanside eatery will provide a unique holiday menu.

DUNE by Laurent Tourondel invites guests to enjoy the Christmas Eve holiday with their loved ones while overlooking the ocean at one of South Florida’s most sophisticated and serene dining destinations. The restaurant, led by globally renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel, will offer Christmas Eve specials from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24.

The elevated Christmas Eve offerings feature delectable dishes and festive desserts from their regular menu, as well as a complete list of Christmas Eve specials, including:

  • Kumamoto Oysters | Champagne Mignonette and Kaluga Caviar 
  • Toro Carpaccio | Kaluga Caviar, Kombu Dashi and Lemon Oil 
  • Wagyu Beef Tartare | Capers, Cornichon, Red Onion, LT Dressing and Crispy Potato Chips 
  • Maple Braised Short Ribs | Winter Roots Vegetables, Chestnuts Puree, & Sage 
  • Seared Ora King Salmon | Caramelized Endive, Caviar, Sunchoke, Sauternes-Orange Nage 
  • Spiced Tangerine Pavlova | Warm Spiced Gelee, Orange Mascarpone Creme & Vanilla Gelato 
  • Chocolate Candy Cane Mochi |Candy Cane Crumble and Hot Cocoa
