Edan Bistro, known for its delightful casual breakfasts and European-style brunches, will present a festive tasting menu from November 25 to December 1. The special eight-course Thanksgiving tasting menu is available for $100 per person to celebrate the actual holiday or later.
The menu includes:
- Pumpkin soup with egg yolk and onion toffee
- Fried Idiazábal cheese filled with black truffle
- Red tuna crudo with escabeche
- Garlic shrimp with tender beans and lobster foam
- Shitake mushroom stew with creamy corn
- Grilled grouper with roasted red pepper cream
- Beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and gravy
- Basque cheesecake with cranberry
The restaurant will also offer a whole Basque cheesecake (12 to 15 portions) with cranberry sauce on the side for $75, making it ideal for family gatherings.
