Edan Bistro Unveils Thanksgiving Week Tasting Menu

The restaurant offers brunch and dinner tasting menus.

Edan Bistro, known for its delightful casual breakfasts and European-style brunches, will present a festive tasting menu from November 25 to December 1. The special eight-course Thanksgiving tasting menu is available for $100 per person to celebrate the actual holiday or later.

The menu includes: 

  • Pumpkin soup with egg yolk and onion toffee
  • Fried Idiazábal cheese filled with black truffle
  • Red tuna crudo with escabeche
  • Garlic shrimp with tender beans and lobster foam
  • Shitake mushroom stew with creamy corn
  • Grilled grouper with roasted red pepper cream
  • Beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and gravy
  • Basque cheesecake with cranberry

The restaurant will also offer a whole Basque cheesecake (12 to 15 portions) with cranberry sauce on the side for $75, making it ideal for family gatherings. Edan Bistro is located at 650 NE 125th Street in North Miami.
