Felice Miami Introduces Desolas Fresco Negroni to Celebrate National Negroni Week

The restaurant features 20 tables and patio seating.

Negroni Week is happening this week and Felice Miami is ready to help everyone celebrate the Campari-dedicated holiday in style with the Desolas Fresco Negroni. The “FRESCO Negroni” presents an innovative twist on the classic cocktail, showcasing how Desolas Mezcal’s complex flavors stand out in this well-loved drink.

The FRESCO Negroni blends the subtle smokiness of Desolas Mezcal with Cocchi Americano, Campari, and a hint of rhubarb cordial, producing a well-balanced and invigorating variation of the classic Negroni. The distinct yet gentle flavor of Desolas Mezcal elevates the cocktail without dominating it, resulting in a refined and sophisticated drinking experience.

Felice Miami offers visitors a taste of Tuscan-inspired cuisine and a unique design. Executive Chefs Roberto Consiglio and Luigi Bailon feature signature dishes such as spaghetti felicetti alla diavola and the famous short ribs peposo, leading the menu. FELICE Brickell distinguishes itself from other restaurants in the FELICE family by offering a table-side dining experience that adds a touch of personalized service to its already exceptional offerings.

It is known for its extensive, Italian-driven wine list, mainly emphasizing Tuscan wines such as Chiantis, Brunellos, and Sangiovese. The menu also includes a curated selection of organic and natural wines. The wine list is carefully chosen, featuring well-known classics and hidden gems from various regions throughout Italy. The aim is to complement the flavors of the dishes and enhance the overall dining experience.
