The Marino Campus in Fort Lauderdale, which provides educational and career services to autistic adults and adults with disabilities, will open its doors to the public during an open house. The event will occur from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, at its campus, 400 N. Andrews Ave.
During the gathering, guests can meet the staff, tour the facility and learn about programming. The Marino Campus prepares young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities for gainful employment, social competence and independent living by building the necessary skills through a unique post-secondary opportunity. The Marino Campus is an accredited post-secondary school that utilizes award-winning technology, using virtual and mixed reality to support individuals in employment and social skills.
