National Pisco Sour Day

JARANA is celebrating National Pisco Sour Day all month long with new Pisco-based cocktails, donating $1 per cocktail sold to the Pachacútec Culinary Institute in Peru.

February 28th is National Pisco Sour Day. To celebrate, JARANA is celebrating all month long with a series of new Pisco-based cocktails, with a portion of each sale ($1 per cocktail sold) throughout the month donated to the Pachacútec Culinary Institute located in Peru. Variations on the traditional libation include the Lychee Sour, Catedral Sour (a cathedral-sized version of the classic), El Kion (infused with Malbec, ginger and lime) and the Que Fresca, made with strawberry-infused Aperol, sweet vermouth, angostura and rosemary. JARANA is located at 19505 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura; visit jaranarestaurant.com.
